Crossroads Staff
Rev. Jim Schroeder Preaching Elder and Founding Pastor		Jim Schroeder is our Preaching Elder and Founding Pastor. He holds Masters degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary and United Theological Seminary and a law degree from Rutgers University. Jim has served churches in Kentucky, Ohio and New Jersey and preached revivals and camps in numerous other states. Jim and his wife Amanda have three sons, David, Bob and A.J. Amanda is a school speech pathologist for Berlin Schools. Jim is a lawyer in practice with Long, Marmero and Mayer and maintains a Medford office for the firm.
Thad MacFarlane Pastor of Music and Youth Ministries		Thad MacFarlane is our Pastor of Music and Youth Ministries. Prior to coming to Crossroads he served on church staff, summer staff at Delanco Camp and taught school. Thad holds a bachelor’s degree from Asbury College. He enjoys volleyball and hiking the Appalachian Trail. Thad is the owner of Buzz Lawncare of Atco.
Bill Ashe Pastor of Discipleship and Administration		Bill Ashe serves as Pastor of Discipleship and Administration.  Prior to coming to Crossroads he and his family served as missionaries in the four corners area of New Mexico ministering alongside Native American believers in that area.  Before this he served on staff at Wiley Church in Marlton.  Bill studied at Word of Life Bible College and is ordained with the Evangelical Church.
